    BoomTag is a simple, powerful tracker designed for everyday peace of mind. Think universal tracking, fast charging, sleek design, and no subscription. Built to work beyond the car: bags, bikes, luggage, and more.

    The challenge
    Turn a clear consumer need - convenient, reliable tracking; into a market-ready product and launch plan that could scale quickly and affordably.

    Our role
    Altercare acted as business partner and crowdfunding arm, leading strategy from insight to execution: positioning, go-to-market, and the end-to-end prototype to production pathway with EU/Asia partners.

    What we did
    Defined the value proposition around peace of mind and convenience.
    Built the Kickstarter strategy: page, video script, reward structure, and “secret reward” funnel.
    Designed the landing page and CRM journeys (pre-launch, launch, late backers).
    Coordinated supplier sourcing, DFM, and production planning in China.
    Structured logistics and fulfillment options across EU/Asia/USA hubs.
    Created creative assets and A/B tests to optimize conversion.

    Outcome
    A conversion-ready launch ecosystem that moved BoomTag from concept to validated demand, with a clear plan for manufacturing, quality control, and regional fulfillment.
