• Automatic: IP address, device and browser, pages visited, referral, approximate location, via cookies and similar technologies.

• From third parties: ad and analytics platforms when you interact with our forms or campaigns.

 

Why we process data and legal bases

• Respond to inquiries and prepare proposals, contract or pre-contract steps.

• Deliver services and manage accounts, contract.

• Send updates or newsletters if you opt in, consent.

• Improve the site and measure performance, legitimate interests.

• Comply with legal obligations such as tax and accounting, legal obligation.

 

Retention

• Inquiries, up to 12 months after last interaction.

• Client and billing records, 6 to 10 years as required by law.

Sharing and international transfers

We use service providers that process data on our behalf under data-processing agreements:

• Hosting/CMS and site tools: Wix, GoDaddy.

• Ecommerce: Shopify.

• Email and CRM: Mailchimp.

• Analytics and ads: Google Analytics 4, Meta.
  When data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.
